I've been trying to promote ski flying for along time and am glad to finally see a site like this. I am from surfside seaplane base in Lino Lakes,MN. and operate a flight school catering to ski's, floats and tailwheel flying. I've been fortunate enough to own 15 different float and ski planes, can't keep them long enough my customers usually end up buying them from me after they get hooked on this type of treetop flying. Presently I own a champ, pa-12 and cessna 185, all with skis, the piper and 185 with floats, still like the tandems the best. I will rent block time packages in the champ and pa-12 on skis & floats and have several other float planes available.
