Hi Gang!  I'm Joe, from Oshkosh, WI.  Been flying for over 25 years, and been flying skis for much of that time.  My first ski plane was a J5 Cub Cruiser, and my current bird is a 1957 Super Cub (90 horsepower).  I use Federal SC-2 skis on the Super Cub nowdays, but I also have used A-1500's in the past.  I like the SC-2's better, as the wider width seems to work better on the snow we usually get around here.
